Gea Luce GES713 is a white outdoor wall light combining an aluminium body with an opal polycarbonate diffuser. Its upright cylindrical shape has a distinctive curved upper edge. A short bracket holds the body away from the wall, with the translucent section sitting above the solid white lower housing.
One E27 socket, with light chosen at the bulb
The fitting accommodates one E27 light source rated at no more than 18 W. This is the permitted bulb power, not a promise of a particular brightness. When selecting a compatible bulb, compare its lumen output and colour temperature with the light you want at the installation point. Those bulb specifications determine these aspects of the finished lighting.
The opal diffuser spreads the light and screens the direct view of the bulb. GES713 is not a fitting with a fixed, specified output from an integrated LED module. Its light character can therefore be selected through the compatible E27 source, while keeping within the manufacturer's power limit.
Installation on an exterior wall
The manufacturer specifies outdoor wall mounting. This supports use on a façade or on a suitable wall beside a terrace, balcony or garden gazebo. IP44 provides protection against splashing water; it does not mean the fitting can be submerged or cleaned with a powerful water jet.
The supply is 220–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz. As a class I fitting, it requires a protective earth connection. The assembly instructions call for installation by qualified personnel and isolation of the mains supply before work. Plan the electrical connection and access for future bulb replacement before positioning the bracket.
Cylindrical styling and care
The white finish, short support and absence of ornamental detailing suit modern, minimalist façade compositions. This is a geometric alternative to a wall light shaped like a traditional lantern. For cleaning, the manufacturer specifies a damp cloth with mild detergent, followed by gentle drying with a soft cloth. Keep water and detergent away from cables and electrical components.
