GFA1271ND Black Gea Luce Track Light

The GFA1271ND is a linear LED bar made for 48 V track systems. Its matt black body is 600 mm long and 23 mm wide, with an opal diffuser running along almost the whole underside. A raised adapter sits at one end, where the fitting clips into the track — measured with it, the bar stands 45 mm tall.

It only works on a 48 V track system

The supply is 48 V and the insulation class is III, which means the fitting runs on safe extra-low voltage. It is not wired to 230 V directly: it draws current from the track, and the track from its own driver. Neither the track nor the driver is part of the set.

48 V systems share no common mechanical standard, so the track and the driver have to be matched to one product family rather than picked freely. When planning a run, a single fitting takes up 600 mm of track.

How much light it gives, and what kind

Drawing 24 W, the fitting puts out 1821 lm — roughly 76 lm per watt. The 4000 K colour is neutral white, without a yellow or a blue cast. A colour rendering index above 90 keeps goods, fabrics and prints in their real colours instead of shifting them.

The beam is direct and wide: 110° spreads the output across a band beneath the track. That is the figure of a fitting lighting the whole zone under the line, not one picking out a single object — accent lighting on a display needs a narrow-beam fitting instead.

Dimming, light source and operating conditions

The fitting can be dimmed, but it needs a phase-cut controller with a push input, which the manufacturer does not supply. Without one it runs at full output.

The LED is built in permanently — it is not swapped like a bulb — and the manufacturer rates it at 30 000 hours. The IP20 rating restricts it to dry interiors. The fitting itself weighs 0.38 kg, and 0.44 kg boxed.
