Green Designers Pina UV artificial foliage wall mat, green, 50 × 50 cm

Pina UV by Green Designers is an artificial foliage mat for covering walls and other surfaces. Its short, fine greenery resembles conifer sprigs, creating a dense texture without broad leaves or flowers. Each square module measures 50 × 50 cm, with foliage 4 cm long.

Plan the display around the module size

One mat covers 0.25 m², so four complete modules cover a square metre. Allow separately for cuts and the actual shape of the surface you want to cover. Measure its width and height before ordering rather than judging the quantity from a room photograph. The larger green arrangement in the lifestyle image illustrates the pattern in use; it does not represent the size of one individual mat.

The flexible open-grid backing is approximately 4 mm thick. Where edges will remain exposed, the manufacturer recommends planning a recess or finishing strip to conceal the mesh. No additional edging is needed at a junction where the mat meets an adjacent wall, ceiling or floor directly, according to the producer's instructions.

Cutting and shaping the foliage covering

The bendable backing can follow rounded surfaces such as columns, rather than being restricted to flat rectangular walls. It can be cut with scissors, including diagonal cuts and openings where required. Green Designers identifies a staple gun as a useful tool for fitting its mats; the fixing method still needs to suit the supporting surface. Plan both the outline and the edge treatment before cutting the modules to their final shape.

UV foliage for indoor and outdoor settings

Pina UV is intended for outdoor use as well as interior decoration. The manufacturer specifies UV and water resistance and suggests greenery outside a building entrance as one application. Indoors, it can form a planted-looking wall surface. Its fine, consistent texture provides a botanical accent alongside wood, stone or simple furniture without introducing a large floral motif.

The artificial foliage needs no watering. Its shade may vary between production batches, so plan the full quantity together when creating a continuous display.
