Green Designers Mountain Pine, code GD 116, is a handmade indoor green wall composed of artificial plants. Moss-like areas sit alongside fern fronds, conifer branches and long trailing senecio stems, producing an irregular woodland composition rather than a flat, evenly clipped surface.
Order by area, plan the finished shape
One ordering unit represents 0.5 m² of coverage. This area does not require every installation to use the same rectangular format: the manufacturer prepares panels to agreed wall dimensions and plans the division into modules. Specify the width, height and intended orientation before ordering. For a larger installation, the individual sections are numbered so that their foliage forms the planned continuous composition.
The backing is 5 cm thick, with a further 10–20 cm of planting depth. Allow for this projecting construction when comparing the panel with a recess, nearby furniture or a circulation route. It occupies space in front of the wall and should not be planned as though it were printed wallpaper.
Decide how the edges will be finished
A recess can conceal the exposed backing; a surrounding frame or trim offers another way to finish the perimeter. The manufacturer can also cover the sides with artificial foliage by prior arrangement. This is a separate configuration choice, not something to assume is included with every panel. Settle it alongside the dimensions, especially where the decoration will be visible from the side.
The panel installation instructions call for a reasonably level, dust-free or primed surface and mounting adhesive. Additional screws may secure the panels while the adhesive sets. Follow the supplied module layout when positioning the numbered sections.
Woodland texture without living planting
The foliage uses textiles, plastics and rubber rather than living plants, so it does not need watering or pruning. Designed for interior walls, Mountain Pine can provide a decorative surface in a living room, dining room or study. Its fern and needle-like forms suit rustic interiors, with variation in leaf size and trailing length remaining visible across the composition.
