Jupiter MELODY 1614 Double Wall Sconce, Antique Gold, 2×E14

MELODY 1614 by Jupiter is a double wall sconce made of steel in an antique gold finish. Two curved, double-rod arms rise from a round wall plate and end in sockets for candle-shaped bulbs, with a clear faceted decorative element set beneath each socket.

Dimensions and mounting

The sconce is 31 cm high and 26 cm wide, and it projects 15 cm from the wall — the clearance to allow for in a narrow hallway or above a bed. It weighs 0.78 kg, so an ordinary wall fixing is enough. The fitting is intended for indoor use and runs on 230 V mains.

Which bulbs and how much light

The sconce has two E14 sockets. The manufacturer allows a bulb of up to 11 W in each — a limit that rules out classic incandescent and halogen E14 bulbs, so in practice two LED bulbs are needed. Bulbs are not included, which means you choose the colour and brightness yourself: a classic fitting like this is usually paired with candle bulbs at 2700–3000 K, a warm, slightly yellow light. The bulbs can be replaced at any time.

This is a classic-style fitting: arched arms, candle-style sockets and a lightly patinated gold finish echo traditional wall candelabra.
