Lampshade CAMELEON EYE L White 40 cm for GU10 Suspension Nowodvorski 8482

CAMELEON EYE L (article 8482) is the shade alone from the modular CAMELEON system by Nowodvorski: a slim, straight tube of white-painted steel (colour P004, RAL 9003), 40 cm tall and 5.5 cm in diameter. The box holds only the shade – no cable, lampholder, light source or mounting kit – so a working pendant is built from several separately ordered parts.

What else you need to make a lamp

The manufacturer specifies this shade for one CAMELEON CABLE GU10 suspension, a cable ending in a GU10 lampholder. In white with chrome details the suspension comes as 8620 (1.5 m), 8617 (2.5 m) and 8614 (5 m), and the cable length decides how low the shade hangs. Another cable with the same socket is not automatically compatible – what counts is the full family name, CAMELEON CABLE GU10.

Bulb and light

The lampholder takes a GU10 lamp of no more than 10 W, and it must be LED – the manufacturer does not allow halogen. The bulb is not included. The steel tube is opaque, so light leaves only through the 5.5 cm opening at the bottom: it lights the spot beneath the pendant rather than the whole room.

Look and variants

A plain cylinder with no ornament is a modern shape; several of these tubes hung at different heights make a single composition from a multi-point canopy, and the P004 colour reference helps match the other parts of the system. The EYE L range from Nowodvorski also comes in other colours, and the shorter EYE M version is 25 cm tall.
