LED bollard light Namsos 5013AL, 65 cm, 8.6 W, 4000 K, light grey RAL 9006 – NORLYS

Namsos 5013AL is a 65 cm LED bollard with a 24 × 12 cm cross-section, cast in aluminium and powder-coated light grey RAL 9006. Near the top it has a recess with a satin diffuser, from which the light comes out diffused and directed downwards.

How much light and what kind

The LED module produces 1247 lm, and 612 lm leaves the fitting at 8.6 W. That is enough to light a path or the patch of lawn by the bollard, not a whole garden. ULOR 0% and a BUG rating of B1-U1-G0 mean nothing shines upwards and the light does not dazzle passers-by.

4000 K is a neutral white, and CRI 80 renders the colours of plants and paving well. SDCM3 colour consistency means several bollards set along a path show the same shade.

Dimming and wiring

The bollard dims on phase control (TRIAC), with a dimmer working on either the trailing edge or the leading edge. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 4 mm², including when further bollards are looped through, and the gland fits a cable 8–12 mm or 10–14 mm in diameter.

With an inrush current of 8 A / 10 µs, the maker allows 46 bollards per breaker on B10, 75 on B16, 74 on C10 or 120 on C16. Protection class I means the earth conductor must be connected.

Installation and service

The bollard weighs 6.99 kg and is bolted down through four ø10 mm holes on a 61 × 121 mm pattern. The fixing parts are bought separately: the 112 anchor for setting in concrete, the 113GA ground anchor or the 114GA concrete-foundation adapter. IP65 means it is dust-tight and resists water jets, and IK08 means it withstands an impact of 5 J.

The LED module and driver are included, and if they fail a professional service replaces them using the ZS5013 kit. The maker rates the module at over 102,000 h (L80) and the driver at 50,000 h.
