LOFOTEN 1941BL is a low outdoor bollard light with a geometric form. The black fitting is 27 cm high and has a 23 × 23 cm base, so it can stand on a wall, platform or another stable structure. Clear glass leaves the light source visible, while the upper part shields it from above.

Dimensions and fixing

At 27 cm high, the fitting directs light close to the surface instead of lighting an area from a tall pole. Its 23 × 23 cm square base occupies a predictable area at the edge of a terrace, beside steps or on a low boundary wall.

Four fixing holes, each 5.8 mm in diameter, are arranged on a 70 × 70 mm pattern. Before installation, the load-bearing capacity of the surface and the cable route should be checked; these installation tasks should be handled by a suitably qualified person.

Light source and weather protection

LOFOTEN 1941BL uses a replaceable E27 source with LED power up to 11 W. A bulb is not included, so light colour and output can be selected separately. Warmer 2700–3000 K light suits quieter use of a terrace, while a higher output defines a route more clearly.

IP44 means that the fitting is protected against splashing water. It is made from galvanised, painted steel with double corrosion protection; an EPDM cable gland provides sealing and the diffuser is clear glass.

The LOFOTEN form

The LOFOTEN family combines a plain square construction with a visible light source. The black frame and transparent glazing keep the geometry legible even when the light is off. The manufacturer specifies this version for terrace and street lighting, where light helps define the edge of a surface and the direction of passage.
