MALLORCA LE61579 by Luces Exclusivas is a black, circular recessed light for outdoor lighting. Its aluminium body has a broad ring surrounding a recessed optical element. The manufacturer's photograph also shows spring clips at the sides of the fitting.
Plan the space above the ceiling
The fitting measures 9 cm in diameter and width, with a height of 4.7 cm. Compare those dimensions with the space available for installation within the ceiling. The overall diameter is not automatically the required cut-out size. Prepare the opening according to the installation documentation rather than using the width of the visible front ring as a cutting measurement.
An integrated LED source is included
The fitting includes one integrated 12 W LED source. The manufacturer specifies 720 lm and a colour temperature of 3000 K for this source, giving a warm light colour. There is no separate screw-base bulb to select for this configuration. The light is intended for a 230 V supply; its integrated construction should not be confused with a fitting designed for ordinary replaceable bulbs.
Outdoor locations with a ceiling
The manufacturer places this variant in its outdoor ceiling-light range and specifies IP65 protection. It can be considered when planning lighting for a covered terrace, balcony or gazebo with provision for recessed ceiling mounting. The black ring and plain, ornament-free geometry suit modern, modernist and minimalist schemes. This is a recessed ceiling light, not a fitting for installation in a driveway surface.
