Mantra KITESURF 7146 is a black LED floor lamp combining a vertical line of light with a circular detail just above its base. Rather than a conventional shade, it has a slender geometric structure made from aluminium, silicone and steel. The dark frame contrasts with the pale illuminated surface.
Check the base as well as the height
The lamp has a fixed height of 152 cm, with no height adjustment. Its round base measures 28 cm in diameter. When choosing a position beside a sofa, sideboard or in a corner, allow for the whole base rather than only the thin upright. Compare these dimensions with the space available, particularly near doors and routes through the room.
The black cable is 1.8 m long. Check the socket position together with the proposed location of the base so that the cable does not need to cross a walkway. The manufacturer gives a net product weight of 3 kg.
Integrated lighting with an on/off foot switch
The LED source is built in and included, so there is no separate screw-in bulb to select. Its power is 24 W and its colour temperature is 3000 K, providing warm-white light. The lamp can supplement lighting in a living room, bedroom or study. Its upright light surface is not a substitute for an adjustable reading lamp aimed at a book or work surface.
An ON/OFF foot switch on the cable turns the light on and off. This version is not dimmable: the switch does not alter its brightness. The integrated LED is not intended for routine user replacement in the way a threaded bulb is.
A black line and circle in the room
The straight upright and circular element suit modern and minimalist furnishings. The black structure remains visible when the light is off, so its position matters as part of the room's composition. KITESURF 7146 is designed for indoor use, not for a garden or terrace.
