Maytoni Mollis MOD126TL-01B is a black table lamp combining a metal frame with an acrylic light diffuser. Its sideways-facing shade has a distinctive half-round profile: the dark shell sits beside a clearly defined pale surface. A slim stem curves beneath the shade and meets a low, circular base.
Allow for the shade's projection
The lamp stands 43 cm high, measures 18 cm across and has an overall length of 30.5 cm. The shade projects beyond the stem, so the base diameter alone does not describe the space it occupies. When placing it near a wall or beside books and other objects, compare the available space with the complete outline of the lamp rather than just its supporting footprint.
The base is 18 cm in diameter, while the shade is 18 cm wide and 10 cm high. These measurements help you plan an additional light on a side table beside a sofa, a dining-room sideboard or a bedside table. They do not establish that the lamp will provide the main illumination for an entire room.
One replaceable G9 light source
Mollis has one G9 socket rated for a light source of up to 7 W. That figure is a bulb-power limit, not a brightness rating. The colour and amount of light depend on the source fitted, so check its colour temperature and light output separately when choosing it.
The lamp operates on 220–240 V AC and has a switch on the cable. Leave the switch within reach when arranging the lamp and nearby objects. Maytoni identifies this version as non-dimmable; brightness adjustment is not a function of the lamp itself.
A restrained, geometric table light
The black metal shell, pale acrylic section and simple stem suit modern, modernist and minimalist interiors. The same compact form can provide supplementary lighting on furniture in a study or hotel room. MOD126TL-01B is the table-lamp version of the Mollis series, distinct from the taller floor lamp and the wall-mounted models.
