Nordlux SIV E27 table lamp in brown marble

Nordlux SIV 45875018 is a table lamp built around a cylindrical brown marble base and an exposed bulb. There is no conventional shade between the stone and the light source, so the bulb you choose becomes a visible part of the design. A black textile-covered cable leaves the lower part of the base.

Choose the bulb as well as the light

The single E27 socket takes a replaceable bulb rated at no more than 60 W. The bulb must be purchased separately: the globe shown in the photographs illustrates the arrangement and is not included. With no shade concealing it, both the shape and surface of the bulb affect the finished appearance. Check these details alongside socket compatibility rather than choosing by wattage alone.

Brightness and colour temperature depend on the bulb fitted, not on the marble base. The maximum wattage is a limit, not a statement of light output. Compare the bulb's lumen rating and colour temperature with the lighting you want before ordering. This is an exposed-bulb fitting rather than an integrated LED lamp or a directional spotlight.

Allow space above the marble cylinder

The body measures 10.3 cm high and 6.4 cm across. These dimensions do not describe the complete lamp with a bulb installed: the chosen light source adds its own height and may extend beyond the base. The compact footprint makes a side table or bedside table a possible location, provided you check the dimensions of the complete arrangement.

The cable is 180 cm long, with an on/off switch on the cable. Plan its route to the socket and leave the switch within reach. The manufacturer specifies that the cable is not replaceable.

A simple form with variable stone markings

The unadorned cylinder and uncovered light source suit minimalist, modern and Scandinavian interiors. Natural marble varies in its veining, pattern and shade. Expect the supplied base to have its own markings rather than an exact reproduction of the stone shown in the product photographs.
