SLV 1002803 LED driver, 350 mA, 9.1–15 W, trailing-edge dimmable, white

SLV 1002803 is a white constant-current driver for LED modules requiring a 350 mA supply. Its rectangular housing has connection terminals at opposite ends and is rated for a load of 9.1–15 W. This is not a general-purpose constant-voltage power supply for arbitrary LED strips: the electrical requirements of the connected module determine compatibility.

Match the LED load and dimming method

The output supplies a constant 350 mA within a voltage range of 26–43 V DC. Before ordering, compare both figures and the supported power range with the LED module documentation. A load below 15 W is not sufficient confirmation if the module needs a different current or a voltage outside that range. The 500 mA and 700 mA versions covered by the shared installation manual are separate variants, not interchangeable descriptions of this item.

Brightness control uses a trailing-edge phase dimmer. The dimmable designation does not establish compatibility with every wall control. The input is rated at 220–240 V AC, 50–60 Hz, so dimmer selection must account for the driver type and the connected load rather than wattage alone.

Allow space for wiring and heat dissipation

The housing measures 8.5 × 4.1 × 2.2 cm. Plan additional room for the cables and heat dissipation instead of checking only the body dimensions. The installation manual limits the output cable length to 2 m. For mounting outside a luminaire, the driver must be securely screwed to the support surface through its mounting holes, with the connecting cables secured in the strain reliefs.

Installation must be carried out by an electrical specialist. All LEDs must be fully connected before power is switched on; secondary-side switching during operation is not permitted. Short-circuit and overload protection interrupts operation and allows automatic restart after the fault has been cleared. That protective interruption does not isolate the mains and must not replace disconnecting the installation before electrical work.
