THEA GOLD is a ceiling spotlight bar with two spherical honey-tinted glass shades mounted on gold ball joints. A slim black bar links the two light points into a single elongated fixture.
How large the lamp is and where to mount it
The black bar is 50 cm long and 15 cm wide, so it fits above a narrow worktop or a bedside table. From the top of the bar to the bottom of the glass sphere the fixture measures 22 cm — it mounts directly to the ceiling, with no adjustable drop on a cable. The two light points spread along the bar cover a wider stretch of ceiling than a single spotlight would.
How much light it gives and what kind
The fixture has two E27 sockets for replaceable LED-type bulbs — bulbs are not included, so you choose the colour temperature and brightness yourself. Each socket takes a bulb of up to 60 W at 230 V. The lamp is not dimmable, so dimming would require both a dimmable bulb and a separate dimmer — neither is provided here. The honey-tinted glass shades tint the light slightly while staying translucent, so the bulb remains visible through the sphere.
Build
The metal bar is black, and the ball-joint fittings holding the shades are gold, giving a contrasting two-tone finish. The shades are spherical and made of honey-coloured glass. The whole fixture weighs 1.1 kg, so it mounts on a standard wall plug without extra ceiling reinforcement. The THEA GOLD line also includes a single-point wall lamp and a three-point ceiling spot, so lighting in one room can be matched to the same finish.
