What a bracket does in a track installation

Track is not fixed straight to the ceiling: the brackets are screwed up first, and the track seats into them. The bracket has a channel matched to the track profile and a flat base with a round hole and a keyhole slot for a screw or threaded rod. They are spaced at regular intervals along the run, with extra ones at joints and at the ends, so the profile does not sag between supports and the contacts inside the track stay evenly pressed.

The number of brackets therefore follows the length and geometry of the run, not the number of luminaires. Count them together with the track when planning — one missing bracket stops the installation just as effectively as a missing connector.

Compatibility: Multisystem EVO only, 3-phase only

The bracket belongs to the Multisystem EVO system in its three-phase version. Track systems from different manufacturers — and often different ranges from the same manufacturer — have different profile sections and are not interchangeable. Confirm before ordering that the track on site is from this range; a bracket from another system will either not engage the profile or will not hold it securely.

What is not included

This is a fixing part only. The track, connectors, feed, end caps, adapters and screws are all separate items. Screws and plugs are chosen to suit the substrate — one thing in a concrete slab, another in a plasterboard ceiling — which is why the manufacturer does not supply them.
