The Argon EUFRAT 3195 is an anthracite desk lamp made from painted steel, with a jointed arm and a metal shade open underneath. Its textured finish, exposed joints and stepped circular base give it the outline of a traditional work lamp. This version takes one replaceable E27 light source rather than an integrated LED module.
A shade you can direct towards your work
The manufacturer specifies up-and-down adjustment of the reflector. You can change its direction to suit the position of a book or your notes instead of being limited to one fixed orientation. This does not establish a particular height-adjustment range: none is stated in the documentation. The black cable has an inline switch, so leave that part of the cable within reach when positioning the lamp rather than hiding it behind furniture.
Allow for the arm as well as the base
The catalogue dimensions are 45 cm high, 15 cm wide and 29 cm deep. The technical drawing gives the base a diameter of 15 cm. When checking whether the lamp will fit, compare the complete arm-and-shade outline with the available desktop, not just the base footprint. If you plan to place it beneath a shelf, check the space above it too. A small circular base does not mean the whole lamp occupies that same area.
A study desk, a teenager’s study area or a bedside table match the uses identified by the manufacturer. The dark steel and visible joints suit industrial interiors and furnishings that draw on the appearance of older workshop lamps.
Choose the bulb separately
No bulb is supplied. The manual calls for an E27 LED bulb rated at no more than 15 W, with a maximum diameter of 50 mm and height of 105 mm. Check those size limits as well as the cap type when choosing a bulb for the metal shade. Brightness and colour temperature depend on the selected light source. The lamp operates at 230 V; the manual shows socket connection and operation using the inline switch.
