The TEKKNI HELSE set is a surface-mounted aluminium LED profile in silver, rectangular in section at 16.0 × 15.7 mm and 2.02 m long, completed with a frosted S14 polycarbonate cover. The cover diffuses the strip's light, so what you see is a continuous line rather than a row of dots.
What is in the set and what you still have to buy
The box holds four parts: the aluminium profile, the S14 cover, four plastic end caps and four metal mounting clips. That is the set needed to house a strip — and that is where it stops.
No LED strip and no driver are included, and the manufacturer places the driver outside the profile. Both have to be bought separately, and room for the driver has to be planned somewhere other than the profile itself, along with a way for the cable to leave the end of the run.
Which strip fits inside
The channel inside the profile is 14.2 mm wide, and that is the dimension that decides which strip will fit. Measure the strip including its adhesive layer, because the manufacturer publishes no separate strip-width limit. The cover itself measures 14.1 × 4.3 mm and clips into the profile.
How it mounts
The profile fixes to the surface two ways: with double-sided tape, or with the supplied clips and screws. The clips measure 18.0 × 17.2 mm, so space has to be allowed for them under the profile. The light leaves perpendicular to the mounting surface.
Lengths of this system cannot be joined with connectors — a longer line means separate pieces with a visible gap. When planning furniture, 2.02 m is therefore the maximum of one continuous run, and the 20 mm over a round two metres is the cutting allowance.
