V-TAC VT-1114-5 is a white four-way power strip with one common switch. Its 5m cable helps bring power to a desk, home workstation, multimedia equipment or another location positioned away from the wall outlet. The cable marking 3G 1.5 mm² identifies three conductors and their cross-sectional area. A switch on the housing lets the connected devices be disconnected together without removing each plug individually, making routine shutdown more convenient.

16A rating and 3680W maximum total load

V-TAC specifies an AC 250V rating, 50/60Hz frequency and 16A input/output current. The combined load of all connected equipment must not exceed the declared 3680W. This limit applies to the complete strip, not separately to every socket. Add the rated power of the connected devices before use, paying particular attention to heaters and other high-consumption equipment. The product is not described as a surge-protected strip, so the presence of a switch must not be treated as evidence of surge protection.

Designed for dry indoor locations

The housing is made from polypropylene and the conductive elements from copper. An IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor spaces away from water, moisture and outdoor conditions. The strip itself measures 178 × 45 × 40 mm and product weight is 0.74 kg. Route the cable where it will not be crushed, pulled tight or placed across a passage where it may be damaged. Do not use the product if its housing, plug, cable or switch is damaged, and do not connect several extension leads in a chain. The model carries CE, EMC and RoHS declarations and is covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty.
