ALQUERI is a table lamp shaped as a slender column: two clear, fluted shade segments separated by a black ring stand on a round black base. A vertical LED tube runs through the middle and shines through the ribbing of the shade when switched on.
How big it is
The lamp is 39 cm high, the shade 12 cm across and the base 14 cm. The 14 cm base is the figure to compare with the free space on the bedside cabinet, chest of drawers or shelf where the lamp will stand.
How much light it gives
The integrated LED module draws 7 W and delivers 267 lm at 3000 K, a warm white. That is about a third of the light of an old 60 W bulb — the lamp works as decorative, ambient light, and reading will need a stronger source nearby. The LEDs are built in, so no bulb is needed and none can be replaced.
Connection and series
The power cord has an in-line switch and ends in a plug for a socket, so the lamp needs no installation. In the ALQUERI series the manufacturer also offers a pendant and a floor lamp with the same fluted segments.
