ARAMIEL LE65102 by Luces Exclusivas is a black recessed ceiling downlight with an integrated Cree LED source. Its round aluminium body has a deeply set lens and a broad dark surround. It is a choice for lighting plans that call for a small ceiling light point rather than a suspended shade.
Warm white light in a focused beam
The 13 W source has a colour temperature of 3000 K, with a manufacturer-stated luminous flux of 928 lm. This is the warm white version, rather than a neutral or cool white alternative. A colour rendering index of CRI >90 matters when the colours of illuminated objects, fabrics and interior finishes need to appear faithfully.
The 38° beam angle concentrates the light more than a wide-beam fitting. When planning several downlights, consider their spacing alongside the ceiling height rather than assuming that one light point will illuminate an entire room evenly. The manufacturer specifies UGR <19; glare performance in the finished interior also depends on the lighting arrangement.
Check the recess before installation
The fitting measures 8.5 cm in diameter and 7.5 cm in height and is designed for recessed ceiling installation. Compare those dimensions with the available ceiling space before preparing the recess. The outside diameter is not a ceiling cut-out measurement and should not be used as one.
Both the integrated light source and an On/Off driver are included, so there is no separate bulb to choose for this version. The supply voltage is 230 V. The driver provides switching on and off, rather than brightness adjustment through a dimmer. The manufacturer states a five-year warranty.
A visible black detail
The plain circular form and absence of decorative features suit modern and minimalist interiors. In a living room, bedroom, dining room or hallway, it can form part of a planned point-lighting scheme. Its black ring remains a visible contrast against a pale ceiling, so account for the finish when setting out the positions of the fittings.
