BAGUA is a black outdoor wall light shaped as a half-disc sitting flat against the wall. The body is aluminium, its flat top and bottom faces are closed with white diffusers, and the curved black band between them stays dark.
Size and how far it stands off the wall
The fitting is 20 cm wide and 5.5 cm tall and projects 9.4 cm from the wall. That last figure is the one worth comparing with the width of the passage: beside a front door, on a narrow terrace or along a path, a fitting standing off by under 10 cm gets in nobody's way.
The low, drawn-out body reads horizontally, so BAGUA draws a line on the wall rather than a point. On a wider pier or a longer stretch of wall, several of them at even spacing give a rhythm one fitting cannot.
What kind of light it gives
The built-in LED module draws 9 W and delivers 468 lm at 3000 K — warm white with a slightly yellow cast. The output leaves by two paths, the top diffuser and the bottom one, and lands on the wall above and below the fitting. This is decorative light that picks out a section of the elevation; 468 lm will not brighten a whole driveway or terrace.
The module is integrated: there is no lampholder and no bulb to change, so the whole fitting is replaced once the source is spent. It is not dimmable and works on/off.
Build and where it belongs
The body is aluminium finished in matt black. An IP65 rating means full protection against dust and resistance to jets of water, so the fitting can sit on an unsheltered wall, on a fence post or on a balcony with no roof over it. It runs on standard 230 V.
