Bergmen 01-011-020-128 is an orange cap for the power connection of Neon Flex HXR One. This version has a side cable outlet and fits over the end of the neon at the power feed.

Choosing the correct HXR One connection

Both the Neon Flex family and the cable exit direction matter when selecting the cap. This version is intended for a side connection, rather than a straight or bottom outlet. Its orange colour allows the termination to match an orange neon casing. It is a connection accessory, not the illuminated Neon Flex itself or a power supply.

Sealing the termination

Bergmen specifies silicone adhesive when fitting the cap. The HXR One manual requires the gaps between the neon casing and the connection end to be filled, excess silicone removed and the adhesive allowed to dry. Maintaining the declared IP67 protection depends on correctly sealing the complete termination, not simply putting the cap in place. Work on the connection must be carried out with the power disconnected. Before installation, check that the cap, power connection and chosen HXR One section are compatible.
