Bologna 312WH is a low garden lamp with a clear globe 25 cm in diameter, set in an open cage on a profiled foot. The body is cast aluminium powder-coated white (RAL 9003), and the globe is made of clear PMMA.
Size and installation
The lamp is 43.5 cm tall with a 16.5 cm wide base. The maker intends it to be bolted to the ground, a low wall, a platform or another structure, through two ø5.5 mm holes at 90 mm spacing; the concrete anchor 307 is sold separately. It weighs 1.65 kg.
The terminals take conductors up to 2 × 2.5 mm² and allow the supply to be looped on, with a cable diameter of 6–10 mm, so several lamps along a wall run on one line. Protection class II means no earth conductor is required, and IP54 protects it against dust and rain from any direction.
Light source
The fitting has an E27 socket and takes an LED lamp of up to 9 W in an A55–A60 shape. No lamp is included, and the globe is clear, so the bulb stays visible and its shape and colour decide how the lamp looks after dark. Norlys names the dimmable Philips Master LEDbulb 806 lm / 8.5 W / 2700 K as the matching lamp, a warm light as bright as an old 60 W bulb. The lamp is user-replaceable.
Where it fits
Norlys describes Bologna as a classically styled fitting for gardens, terraces and other architectural settings, and its applications also include the grounds of hotels and restaurants. The globe on a ribbed cage and the stepped base give it the shape of a park lantern in small scale, suited to low walls, steps and entrances.
