Green Designers Redrobin GD 727 artificial plant insert for planters, 25 × 25 cm

Green Designers Redrobin GD 727 is an artificial plant insert for an indoor planter. Its dense upper section gives way to long trailing stems, fern-like foliage and small rounded leaves inspired by Senecio rowleyanus. Natural tree roots remain visible among the greenery, breaking up the leafy outline rather than forming a uniform planted surface.

Allow for more than the base footprint

The base version measures 25 × 25 cm. This is the insert size, not the overall spread or drop of the trailing plants. The insertion depth is matched to the planter. The manufacturer specifies 10–30 cm of greenery plus the hanging plant growth, so that range should not be read as the finished arrangement's total height.

Length, width and insertion depth need to be agreed before production. Plant height and density can also be tailored. Compare the planter opening with the intended insert, then allow space below the rim for the trailing stems. The base measurement alone does not describe how much of the surrounding space the foliage will occupy.

Indoor greenery without plant-growing requirements

The artificial plant elements use textile materials, plastics and rubber. They do not require watering or the sunlight needed by living plants. This makes it possible to plan a green feature in a living room, office or study without choosing the position around growing conditions. Redrobin fills a planter; it is not a flat panel intended to cover an entire wall.

Handmade to suit the agreed arrangement

Each insert is assembled by hand to the agreed dimensions. For larger planters, the manufacturer may divide the arrangement into numbered modules to be fitted together following the instructions. The preparation therefore depends on the size of the intended container.

Irregular roots, contrasting leaf textures and freely trailing stems suit botanical boho interiors. Give the side profile space to be seen: the hanging growth is central to Redrobin's appearance, rather than merely an addition to the greenery above the planter.
