Lumines 14-2027-40 current-carrying suspension kit, silver, 2000 mm, 0.5 mm²

The Lumines 14-2027-40 current-carrying suspension kit combines support for a suspended linear luminaire with a power conductor inside the suspension cable. This silver version is intended for compatible LED profiles and has a cable length of 2000 mm with a conductor cross-section of 0.5 mm².

Power routed through the suspension cable

Instead of running a separate supply wire alongside the suspension, the conductor follows the inside of the cable. This reduces the number of visible wires between the ceiling and the luminaire. The photograph shows the silver-coloured cable and cylindrical attachment fittings; the kit is a lighting-system accessory, not a complete lamp or light source.

The steel cable has a transparent FEP coating and an outside diameter of 1.35 mm in this version. Compare its 2000 mm length with the intended distance from the attachment point to the luminaire. This measurement describes the suspension cable, not the length of the LED profile.

Parts supplied with the kit

The manufacturer lists two insulated cable grippers: type 15 M10x1-14 and type 15 ZW M4i. A long ceiling attachment with M10x1 and M6i threads and an opening is also included, together with the current-carrying cable. These component and thread designations are useful when checking the connections in the planned assembly.

Compatibility and electrical selection

Listed compatible systems are A, D, X, Y, I6, I10, MICO, SILEDA, DILEDA, DOPIO, ILEDO, TALIA and LARGO, plus the Largo M1 and Talia M1 mounting profiles. Select the kit for the actual profile and luminaire design rather than assuming that it fits any pendant lamp.

The exact-variant datasheet specifies 5–50 V, a safe current value of 6 A and a maximum load of 1.8 kg. Check both electrical demand and supported weight against these limits. This voltage range does not permit direct connection to a 230 V mains supply. Cable length and conductor cross-section also matter when assessing voltage drop.
