Lutec CUBA 5193808118 outdoor wall light with two rotating LED cubes, 4000 K, anthracite, IP54

Lutec CUBA 5193808118 is an outdoor wall light with two light cubes stacked one above the other on a shared bracket. The body is dark grey (anthracite) aluminium, and the light leaves through opal polycarbonate diffusers in the sides of the cubes.

Rotating cubes and two mounting options

Each cube can be turned through more than 350°. Lined up, they light up and down along the wall; turned, they light sideways, so one fitting gives several different light patterns on a facade. Lutec allows both vertical and horizontal mounting.

Lutec gives the dimensions as 100 × 147 × 213 mm (width, length, height). Mounted horizontally or with the cubes turned, the projection from the wall and the width change, so check the space beside a door, window or downpipe for the arrangement you plan.

Light and power

The light comes from two built-in LED modules — no bulbs to buy. They give 4000 K, a neutral white, with a colour rendering index of Ra 80. The fitting cannot be dimmed. On its energy label Lutec declares class F.

The wall light runs on 220–240 V mains. It is protection class I, so it must be connected to the protective earth conductor.

Outdoors

The IP54 rating means protection against dust and against splashing water from any direction, so the light can hang on a wall exposed to rain. Lutec gives an ambient temperature range of -20 to +50 °C. It suits the facade of a house and a balcony, and the plain geometric form of the two cubes fits modern architecture.
