Lutec HEROS 5288202118 is a cylindrical outdoor wall light in dark grey. Its housing is aluminium and its double ribbed polycarbonate diffuser combines transparent and white sections. A PIR motion sensor is integrated into the fitting.
Wall dimensions
The fitting is 26.2 cm high, 9.6 cm wide and projects 12 cm from the wall. Check those measurements against the available space on a façade, terrace or balcony before installation. Lutec specifies electrical class I and a 220–240 V mains supply.
E27 lamp and sensor coverage
HEROS has one E27 lampholder for a replaceable retrofit lamp rated up to 15 W; the lamp is not supplied. The PIR sensor has a 120° detection angle and a stated range of up to 10 m. The manufacturer lists adjustment as unavailable.
Outdoor specification
The IP44 rating and stated ambient-temperature range of −20 to 50 °C are manufacturer specifications for outdoor use in accordance with the installation instructions. Its restrained tubular form suits contemporary exterior walls, while the separately selected E27 lamp determines the light output and colour.
