Adapter 3088 is a steel connecting piece used to mount a Norlys bollard light from the Narvik family on a base with a 160 × 160 mm bolt pattern. It consists of a square 21 × 21 cm plate with four holes and a tube on top of it ending in a hexagonal flange with three M10 threaded studs, nuts and washers.
Which lights and bases it fits
The manufacturer lists the adapter for Narvik 557, 5024, 5090 and 5091 and Narvik II 553, 559, 1733–1738 and 1850–1853. Before buying, check your light's number against this list, and check that the anchoring bolts in the ground are spaced 160 × 160 mm, which is the pattern the plate is made for. The light is sold separately, and installation follows the instructions supplied with the adapter.
What it is made of
The whole piece is hot-dip galvanised steel. The zinc coat applied by dipping in a molten bath protects the steel against corrosion, so the part can stay outdoors without extra painting. The finish has the natural matt silver colour of zinc.
