NORLYS Lillehammer 2276BL outdoor wall light, black RAL 9005, LED 4.5 W 3000 K, upward light, DALI2

Lillehammer 2276BL is an outdoor wall light shaped as a rectangular box of cast aluminium, powder-coated black (RAL 9005). It shines only upwards, in a 60° beam, through clear safety glass seated on a silicone gasket. The LED module and driver are built in, so there are no bulbs to buy.

Size and wall mounting

The fitting is 18.5 cm tall and 8 cm wide, and it projects 11 cm from the wall. It is fixed through two ø5 mm holes spaced 45 × 130 mm — a measurement to compare with the point where the cable comes out of the facade.

It runs on 220–240 V mains. The terminals take conductors up to 5 × 1.5 mm² and let the supply continue to the next fitting, so a row of wall lights on one facade shares a single run. The cable gland seals a round-sheathed cable of 7–10.5 mm diameter. The light is protection class I, which means it must be connected to the protective earth.

How much light, and what kind

The 3000 K LED module gives warm white light with a colour rendering index of CRI 80. The module itself produces 504 lm, while 112 lm leaves the fitting at 4.5 W — the second figure is the one to compare with other wall lights. The manufacturer's data sheet intends it for washing walls and facades: it draws a bright, widening wedge above itself rather than lighting a path or a door.

The manufacturer states a ULOR of 100%, meaning all of the light goes upwards. Before mounting, check what sits above the fitting — a window, eaves or a soffit will be lit. The light is controlled over DALI-2, so dimming requires a DALI installation with a controller.

Build, sealing and servicing

IP65 means the housing is dust-tight and protected against water jets, so the wall light can be mounted on a facade without any overhang. Impact resistance is IK08, equivalent to 5 J, and the manufacturer specifies operation between −20 and +45°C.

The manufacturer rates the LED module at more than 52,600 h for L90 — after that time the fitting still gives at least 90% of its initial output — and the driver at 50,000 h.
