NORLYS Skara 2938BL is a black LED bollard, 85 cm high, intended exclusively for outdoor use. Its slim 12 × 24 cm body is made from an extruded aluminium profile with a powder-coated finish. The construction includes a transparent PMMA lens and an EPDM cable gland.
Light directed along a route
The integrated LED module is rated at 5.8 W, while the complete luminaire consumes 7.7 W. Luminaire output is 730 lm, with a 4000 K LED colour and CRI 80. A Ledil SCL lens creates an asymmetric IESNA Type II/III distribution, so the orientation should be planned around the path, driveway or passage to be lit.
Mounting and connection
Skara is fixed through four 7 mm holes on 64 × 64 mm centres. The manufacturer specifies terminals for conductors up to 5 × 2.5 mm² and through-wiring capability. Installation and servicing must be carried out by appropriately qualified personnel following the supplied instructions. The 2934ZX0009 concrete anchor is sold separately.
For outdoor projects
The fitting is rated IP65 and IK08. Its electronic driver and optical assembly are part of the luminaire; the LED module and control gear may only be replaced by a professional service. DALI2/TD control makes it possible to include Skara in an installation using that control system.
The plain vertical silhouette and black finish give this model a modern appearance. Skara is suited to private outdoor circulation routes and architectural applications when the project requirements and installation method match the manufacturer's documentation.
