Nova Nook PERLEN is a low white shelving unit with four horizontal shelves and supports built from ball-shaped elements. These are decorative supports between the shelves, not knobs for opening doors. The display areas are open rather than enclosed behind fronts.
A wide unit measuring 91 cm high
The overall dimensions are 160 cm wide, 36 cm deep and 91 cm high. Before choosing a position, compare the width with the available stretch of wall and the depth with the space in front of the furniture. Its low, broad outline differs from a tall, narrow bookcase and lets you arrange a display across several levels without planning for a high piece of furniture.
The manufacturer specifies wall mounting. Allow for that installation requirement when choosing a position, even when placing the unit against a wall in a living room, bedroom, dining room, study or sufficiently wide hallway.
Open shelves with sculptural supports
The white horizontal surfaces are paired with vertical supports resembling stacks of spheres. Their staggered arrangement divides the visible spaces between shelves and gives the unit a contemporary decorative character. The open layout suits a display where objects should remain in view rather than disappear behind doors.
This low version should be distinguished from the tall shelving unit in the same PERLEN family. It is made in Poland. The decorative objects in the photographs illustrate example arrangements.
