Pendant Light SLV Q-LINE PD White 46W 3000K 100cm 1000926

Q-LINE PD is a one-metre SLV pendant with a 6 × 6 cm square section, made of aluminium in white. It is not a decorative object but a tool for lighting a workstation: a continuous diffuser closes the whole profile, light goes downwards only, and the intensity distribution is symmetrical about both axes.

Screen workstations

The most important figure on this luminaire is neither wattage nor lumens but UGR ≤ 10 – the unified glare rating. Values below 19 are considered acceptable for offices and below 16 comfortable at screens; 10 is the level at which reflections of the fitting in a monitor stop being an issue even over long working hours. The manufacturer specifically designates Q-LINE for display screen workplaces. It is backed by a high colour rendering index of CRI 90, which matters wherever colours are judged on screen or in print.

Light output

The 46 W LED module delivers 2100 lm at a warm 3000 K with a 30° half-peak beam angle. Warm white over a desk is a deliberate choice – it softens evening working hours and does not bleach the room the way neutral light does. Rated service life is 25,000 hours.

Dimming and supply

The luminaire dims on trailing-edge phase control (TRIAC). The dimmable LED driver is built in, so the fitting connects straight to a 230 V mains supply – no external driver or controller is needed, just a suitable wall dimmer. Supply is 220–240 V ~50/60 Hz with a 900 mA secondary current. One figure worth noting on larger installations: inrush current reaches 30 A for 40 µs, which has to be allowed for when sizing protection if several of these run on one circuit. Protection class I – an earth conductor is required.

Installation and dimensions

The profile is 100 cm long with a 6 × 6 cm section. The 150 cm suspension is shortened to the drop you need during installation, and the square canopy at 8.4 × 8.4 × 2.7 cm stays discreet. Net weight is 2.633 kg (gross 3.095 kg). An IP20 rating restricts it to dry interiors. The manufacturer gives a 5-year warranty.

The Q-LINE family

Q-LINE is available with white, black and silver-grey housings, in several lengths and in warm or neutral white. That allows a row of fittings over a long conference table, or a version matched to the rest of the office fit-out, while keeping the same profile and the same glare figures.
