Recessed downlight SLV NUMINOS MOVE DL XL black/chrome 3000K 37.4W 1003729

SLV NUMINOS MOVE DL XL 1003729 is a round recessed ceiling light with a black trim and chrome reflector. Its aluminium construction houses an LED light source that can be aimed without moving the ceiling cut-out. This particular version has a fixed colour temperature of 3000 K and a 55° beam angle.

Aim the beam to suit the interior

The light unit offers 355° horizontal rotation and 30° vertical tilt. That adjustment lets you direct light towards a chosen part of the room rather than only straight down beneath the fitting. A 55° beam covers a broader area than a narrow spotlight, although the actual illuminated footprint also depends on the distance from the ceiling to the surface.

Allow for its 3500 lm output and 37.4 W power when planning how many fittings to use. Warm white light suits living and dining areas, hotels and restaurants, while the adjustable direction can also help illuminate a shop display. CRI 90 describes colour rendering. The plain circular outline fits modern and minimalist interiors; the reflective chrome centre remains a visible contrast to the black outer trim.

Check the cut-out and ceiling void

The outer diameter is 19 cm, but the required round cut-out measures 17.5 cm. The fitting is 11.8 cm high, with a specified installation depth of 13 cm. Before choosing it, compare both the opening and the space above the ceiling, including the clearances required in the installation instructions. This is an indoor recessed ceiling fitting. It must not be covered with insulation and needs sufficient ventilation around it.

Power supply and future maintenance

Operation requires a suitable constant-current LED driver rated at 1050 mA and at least 37.4 W. Plan the control method alongside the driver selection rather than assuming built-in DALI control. Electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician, and the light source may only be replaced by a suitably qualified professional. Clean only the outer surfaces with a cloth slightly dampened with water, after disconnecting the supply and allowing the fitting to cool.
