Recessed downlight SLV NUMINOS MOVE DL XL black/chrome 4000K 37.4W 1003750

SLV NUMINOS MOVE DL XL 1003750 is a recessed LED downlight with a black trim and chrome reflector. Its circular front meets the ceiling while the movable light module directs the beam towards a chosen part of the interior. This is the fixed 4000 K version, not a fitting with a colour-temperature selector.

A beam you can position

The 3750 lm output and 40° beam angle provide directional light rather than spreading illumination evenly in every direction. Horizontal rotation of up to 355° and a 30° tilt allow the beam to follow the position of a picture, display or particular room zone. When planning several fittings, consider where the target surfaces sit rather than relying only on a regular grid of ceiling openings.

Neutral white at 4000 K suits a lighting scheme that does not call for a warm tint. A CRI of 90 is relevant when comparing the appearance of coloured objects and materials. The integrated LED consumes 37.4 W. Light-source replacement is restricted to qualified personnel; this is not a downlight that accepts an ordinary screw-in bulb of your choice.

Allow for the recessed installation

The visible diameter is 19 cm, whereas the ceiling cut-out must measure 17.5 cm. The 11.8 cm fitting height should not be confused with the required 13 cm installation depth. Check these measurements against the ceiling construction and available installation space before choosing the fitting. The manual requires ventilation and prohibits covering it with insulating material.

Driver selection and visual character

A suitable constant-current LED driver delivering 1050 mA and at least 37.4 W is required. Control compatibility depends on the selected driver, and the downlight itself must not be connected directly to mains power. Installation is for a qualified electrician.

Aluminium and polycarbonate form the technical construction. The black rim and mirrored reflector suit modern living spaces, offices and retail displays. This fitting is for indoor recessed ceiling installation, not surface mounting.
