Recessed downlight SLV NUMINOS MOVE DL XL white 3000K 37.4W 1003737

SLV NUMINOS MOVE DL XL 1003737 is a round recessed LED ceiling light with a white trim and white interior. Its aluminium construction includes polycarbonate components and a movable lighting module. Rather than pointing only straight down, the module can be directed towards a selected part of the room or an object.

Aim the beam while keeping warm-white light

The module rotates through 355° and tilts by 30°. Its 40° beam provides directional lighting; the distance to the illuminated surface should also be considered when planning positions. This version delivers 3550 lm with a rated power of 37.4 W. The colour temperature is fixed at 3000 K, giving warm-white light. There is no colour-temperature switch, so the intended light colour needs to be chosen before ordering. A CRI of 90 is relevant when lighting coloured fabrics, furnishings or merchandise where colour rendering matters.

Check the ceiling opening and available depth

The visible trim measures 19 cm in diameter and the fitting is 11.8 cm high. SLV specifies a round cut-out of 17.5 cm and an installation depth of 13 cm. The external diameter is therefore not the size of the opening to cut. Before preparing the ceiling, compare these requirements with the available cavity, existing services and required clearances. The installation instructions require ventilation and prohibit covering the fitting, particularly with insulating material.

Driver selection and interior applications

Operation requires a suitable constant-current LED driver with an output of 1050 mA and a power rating of at least 37.4 W. The manual lists SLV 1004059, 1004066 and 1004071 as examples. Select the intended control arrangement together with the driver. Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. The integrated LED light source may also be replaced only by a suitably qualified professional.

The plain white form suits modern and minimalist interiors. Its adjustable direction can be used to plan accents in living and dining areas, offices, corridors or retail displays, subject to the installation requirements. This is an indoor fitting, not a garden light. Clean external surfaces with a lightly water-dampened cloth only after disconnecting the supply and allowing the fitting to cool.
