Rendl DAG R 83 is a round, trimless recessed downlight made of plaster. Once installed, its edge can blend into the ceiling surface, leaving the compact circular form of the fitting as the visible detail.

For plasterboard ceilings

The manufacturer specifies model R12357 exclusively for installation in a plasterboard ceiling. Before choosing it, compare the available space with the required 130 mm cut-out and 15 cm recess depth. The fitting itself has an 83 mm outside diameter.

GU10 light source

The fitting operates at 230 V and is designed for a replaceable 8 W GU10 LED source. This lets the buyer select the GU10 bulb for the intended light result rather than relying on an integrated module.

Minimal ceiling detail

The plaster construction and absence of a decorative trim suit ceilings planned with restrained lines. DAG R 83 is a built-in component; suitability depends on the ceiling construction and the dimensions of the prepared installation space.
