The SEGUNDO LE42556 is a ceiling fan with built-in LED lighting. It has three blades in a brown wood tone, and the motor sits in a black metal housing shaped like a truncated cone. Below that housing is an opal glass diffuser through which the light leaves the fitting. The whole thing hangs from a black downrod finished with a ceiling rose.
How much room it needs under the ceiling
The blades sweep a circle 132 cm across. That is the figure to compare with the clear ceiling area where you intend to mount it: no beam, sloping section or mezzanine edge may fall inside that circle. The fan hangs from a downrod and therefore below the ceiling — the room height decides how much space is left under the blades.
How much light it gives
The light source is included and permanently built in: an 18 W LED module giving 650 lumens at 3000 K, which is warm white with a slightly yellow cast. The module cannot be swapped for a bulb.
650 lumens is less than the old 60 W incandescent bulb, which gave about 800 lm. In a larger room this is supplementary light rather than the only lighting — reading or desk work will need a separate lamp.
Build and where it goes
The motor housing and the downrod are metal, the blades wood and the diffuser glass. The brown wood-tone blades contrast with the black housing; the maker states the colouring as black, brown and shades of brown.
The fan runs on 230 V, and the IP20 rating means a dry-interior build — it is not intended for a terrace or a bathroom.
