Keter Lighting CAGE FOG 1634 ceiling spotlight bar, 4 × E14, black and chrome

Keter Lighting's CAGE FOG 1634 is a four-light ceiling spotlight bar with black metal cage shades and a chrome-finished rail. The open wire surrounds leave the bulbs visible rather than hiding them behind solid shades. A black ceiling plate repeats the finish of the four lamp heads.

A 63 cm bar with a shallow profile

The fitting measures 63 cm long, 9 cm wide and 13 cm high. It extends along the ceiling instead of hanging from a pendant cable. Compare the rail's length with the available ceiling area and the position of nearby furnishings before choosing its location. The 13 cm height is particularly relevant where you do not want a long drop into the room.

Choosing the four E14 bulbs

Each lamp holder accepts an E14 bulb rated at a maximum of 40 W. That limit applies to each individual bulb, not to the complete bar. Light colour and brightness depend on the bulbs selected; the CAGE FOG model name does not specify either. Bulb appearance also deserves attention because the metal cages leave the glass envelopes on show.

Black cages with contrasting chrome

The manufacturer identifies living rooms, other rooms, hallways, kitchens and hospitality premises as applications. Its modern form has an industrial accent provided by the open metal shades. Use the black and chrome combination to repeat those finishes elsewhere in an interior without introducing opaque shade surfaces. With the bulbs exposed, their shape remains part of the fitting's appearance even when the light is switched off.
