Bollard Light NORLYS Stavanger 5065GR graphite LED 8.4 W 3000 K DALI 28 cm

Stavanger 5065GR is a low, cylindrical NORLYS LED bollard, 28 cm high and 20 cm in diameter. The body is cast aluminium powder-coated in graphite (RAL 7016), and a ring of clear, UV-stabilised polycarbonate runs under the flat top cover. The LED module and driver are built in, and the luminaire is controlled over a DALI bus.

Size and installation

The bollard weighs 4.84 kg and is bolted down through three ø9 mm holes set at 120° on a 145 mm circle. Nothing for setting it into the ground is included: depending on the ground, the concrete-in anchor 1230ZX0009, ground anchor 1231GA0009, concrete foundation adapter 1232GA0010 or mounting adapter 3087GA0009 is bought separately.

The terminals take five conductors of up to 2.5 mm², also when looping through, and the gland seals a round cable of 8 to 17 mm in diameter. Five cores carry the supply with its protective earth plus the two cores of the DALI line. The bollard is protection class I, so the installation needs a protective earth conductor.

How much light it gives

The Cree module draws 6.6 W and produces 854 lm; the complete luminaire draws 8.4 W and delivers 400 lm. The light is indirect, spreads evenly all round and falls downwards onto the ground around the bollard — lighting for a path and its edges rather than a large square. 3.48% of the flux goes upwards (BUG B0-U2-G1), so the bollard does not dazzle or light up the sky. 3000 K is a warm white, and CRI 80 with SDCM3 gives correct colours and the same shade across several bollards in a row. The light source has energy efficiency class D.

DALI control means the brightness is set digitally from a DALI controller, not with an ordinary phase dimmer — a fit for installations where a DALI bus is already running. The module is rated for more than 109,000 h (L90) and the driver for 100,000 h; module and control gear are replaced by a professional service using repair kit ZS5065zx0009.

Durability and use

IP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets. The bollard works at −20 to +45 °C. Norlys designs it for private grounds and public areas — by a terrace, a driveway or a street, in a garden and outside a hotel or restaurant. The compact, unornamented cylinder suits a modern, modernist and Scandinavian style.
