Trio ALDEA 349430317 is a three-light pendant with individually suspended glass shades, each with a different outline. A matt white metal ceiling canopy supports one amber shade and two chrome-coated glass shades. The white finish belongs to the ceiling fitting rather than to the entire lamp, an important distinction when coordinating it with other fittings.

A cluster rather than a linear fitting

The three pendants descend from a round canopy instead of being arranged along a horizontal bar. The amber shade has a teardrop-like outline, while the two chrome shades have different profiles. Product photographs show them at staggered levels, leaving each shape separately visible. Check the canopy and hanging dimensions

The manufacturer's drawing specifies a 28 cm canopy diameter and an overall height of 200 cm. The individual shades have diameters of 17, 16 and 13 cm. Compare these measurements with the ceiling connection and the space above the furniture before choosing a position. The canopy measurement is not the diameter of an individual shade. Overall hanging height also matters wherever people may pass underneath the light.

Three separately purchased E14 bulbs

Each of the three E14 sockets accepts a light source rated at a maximum of 10 W. Bulbs are not supplied, so three suitable bulbs need to be selected separately. The manufacturer recommends LED bulbs. Brightness and colour temperature depend on those bulbs; amber glass is a finish, not a specified light temperature. Replaceable bulbs distinguish this fitting from a pendant with an integrated LED module.

Trio identifies living rooms and bedrooms as intended settings and also describes placement above a dining table. The compact cluster creates a vertical composition rather than a row of lights across a long surface.
