Trio DUOLINE 78170107 is a single spotlight for the DUOline two-phase track system. The metal fitting has a matt nickel finish, with a rounded shade made from white glass. Its short arm and plain shade give it a modern form to use as one component in a planned lighting arrangement.
A spotlight for the DUOline system
The adapter fits the spotlight into a compatible DUOline track. A selector on the adapter assigns it to circuit 1 or 2, matching the switching arrangement chosen for the installation. Two-phase compatibility describes the system and circuit selection, rather than the number of bulbs in this fitting.
This listing is for one spotlight, not a complete track kit. Compatible tracks, the system power feed and any other fittings need to be selected separately when planning the installation. The head can be aimed in different directions, allowing it to face a chosen part of a living room, bedroom or hallway instead of keeping a fixed orientation.
Dimensions and space beside the track
The manufacturer specifies a height of 16 cm, a width of 14 cm and a depth of 9 cm. Compare these dimensions with the space below or beside the track, taking the head position into account. The white glass shade measures 9 cm in diameter; this measurement belongs to the shade, not to a length of track.
Matt nickel describes the finish of the metal parts, rather than the composition of the whole body. The white glass remains a visible part of the fitting when the bulb is switched off. The spotlight is intended for indoor use within a suitably assembled system, rather than for independent mounting directly onto the ceiling.
Bulb and electrical supply
It takes one E14 bulb rated at a maximum of 25 W, purchased separately; this limit is not the light's fixed electricity consumption. The manufacturer recommends a compatible LED bulb, with brightness and light colour determined by the bulb you choose. The spotlight operates at 230 V and has Class II double insulation. Select and connect the track according to the DUOline system requirements.
