URUBICHA LE44689 is a pendant luminaire with a horizontal, translucent acrylic tube and a black ceramic connector in the middle. It hangs from two cables: a black cylindrical ceiling cup on one side and a thin pin on the other. The LED source is integrated — it is included and cannot be replaced.
How large it is and where to hang it
Overall drop is 170 cm — compare that with the room height and with how much clearance you want below the light. The manufacturer states a depth of 116 cm and a width of 8 cm; 8 cm is the widest point, at the ceramic connector. On the dimension drawing the luminous tube is 108 cm long and 3.3 cm in diameter, and the ceiling cup is 5 cm in diameter and 12 cm high. The second fixing is a narrow pin, so the span on the ceiling is close to the length of the fitting.
Match the tube length to the length of the surface you want to light: over a shorter surface the tube will overhang, over a longer one the ends will stay unlit.
How much light it gives
The built-in 15 W LED delivers 1109 lm. That is more than an old 60 W bulb (about 800 lm), so the output matches a single stronger source over one surface.
It shines at 3000 K, a warm white — less yellow than a typical 2700 K lamp. The tube is translucent and glows along its full length, on both sides of the opaque connector. Dimming is possible with an external TRIAC dimmer.
What it is made of
The body combines aluminium, ceramic and acrylic. The ceiling cup, end caps and ribbed geometric centre connector are black; the tube is pale and translucent. The form is modernist and contemporary: a straight line without a bowl shade, with one decorative element in the middle.
The URUBICHA series also includes other lengths and wattages. This symbol is the 15 W, 1109 lm variant.
