Zambelis 23180 is an electrical connector for the 24V Flexible Curved System of flexible lighting tracks. Its aluminium body has the finely textured black Sandy Black finish and joins consecutive track sections.
A connection within the correct system
The manufacturer describes the connection as pass-through. The installation guide shows 23180 between track sections; the system includes tracks in 2 m and 3 m lengths. When assembling an installation, check both the 24 V rating and whether the components belong to the Flexible Curved System family. Matching voltage alone does not establish compatibility with tracks from other systems.
This connector is neither a light fitting nor a power supply. The guide treats track connection, track mounting and power feeding as separate functions, so those components need to be selected separately. The manufacturer requires installation and maintenance to be carried out by a qualified electrician.
Allowing space at the joint
The body measures 5 cm long, 2 cm wide and 3.3 cm high. Allow for these dimensions where the sections meet, rather than assuming that the connector has the same cross-section as the track itself. Its black finish matches the tracks shown in the system datasheet. This is a small technical component selected primarily for system compatibility, not for light output.
