Asker 1532WH is a white outdoor wall light with a compact rectangular aluminium housing. It measures 22.5 cm long, 11.5 cm wide and 8.5 cm high, so it marks a chosen point on the façade without taking over the wall. Light leaves the underside of the fitting and is directed downwards.
Size and wall installation
The 22.5 × 11.5 × 8.5 cm format suits a front door, gate, terrace or covered entrance, where the fitting is intended to light a route rather than become the main feature of the elevation. The luminaire has a net weight of 1.40 kg and a gross weight of 1.60 kg. It is fixed through two 4.5 mm holes spaced 180 × 60 mm apart; installation should follow the supplied instructions.
The fitting operates at 220–240 V and has protection class I, which means the protective earth conductor must be connected. Its terminals accept conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm² and allow through-wiring up to 3 × 1.5 mm². This makes it practical to continue one installation when several wall lights are used along the same façade.
Light at an entrance or terrace
The integrated LED module is supplied with the luminaire and consumes 8.4 W. There is no separate bulb to choose; when the light source reaches the end of its service life, the module is replaced according to the manufacturer’s service procedure. The fitting delivers 446 lm, providing useful light for identifying an entrance, walkway or part of a wall rather than illuminating an entire driveway at high intensity.
A colour temperature of 4000 K gives neutral white light, useful where steps, a handle and the route to the building need to remain easy to read after dark. The light is diffused, hemispherical and aimed downwards. CRI 80 provides the standard colour rendering expected in an outdoor setting.
Built for outdoor exposure
IP65 protects the housing against dust and water jets, so this wall light is intended solely for outdoor use. IK08 impact resistance helps protect it from knocks. The aluminium body, silicone seal and EPDM cable gland create a sealed cable entry. Its white finish and plain geometry belong to the Scandinavian Asker family.
