Nowodvorski AXION LED 11937 is a graphite outdoor wall light built around a circular disc with an open centre. Its painted aluminium body gives it a clear geometric outline. The LED source sits on the wall-facing side, leaving the shape of the fitting, rather than a conventional bulb and shade, as the main feature seen from the front.
Allowing room for the disc
The fitting is 18 cm wide and projects 8.2 cm from the wall. Compare both measurements with the available space by an entrance or on a terrace or balcony. The disc needs clearance in front of the wall as well as on it, which matters when choosing a position close to an opening door.
A short cylindrical mount, circular outline and consistent graphite finish give AXION a modern, minimalist character. There are no decorative arms, hanging elements or lantern-shaped enclosure. The disc itself provides the visual detail, including when the light is switched off.
Warm white light behind the circular face
The integrated 8 W LED source is included, so there is no separate bulb to select. Its 3000 K colour temperature gives warm white light. The manufacturer specifies a luminous flux of 550 lm and a 110° angle. The official photograph of the illuminated fitting shows light falling on the wall behind the disc. Allow for this relationship between the fitting and the lit surface when planning the façade, rather than treating it as a narrow-beam spotlight.
Fixed outdoor installation
The manufacturer confirms outdoor use and an IP65 protection rating. AXION can be considered for a façade, terrace or balcony where a fixed electrical connection is provided. It mounts directly to the supporting surface and operates on 220–230 V AC. As a Class I fitting, it requires a correct protective-earth connection, with installation and wiring carried out by a suitably qualified person.
The package contains the fitting, instructions and mounting kit. Disconnect the power and let the light cool before cleaning. The manufacturer recommends a damp cloth and advises against solvents. Leave the fitting switched off until it has dried completely.
