Herringbone by BAZAR BIZAR is a black bar-height table with a teak top arranged in a herringbone pattern and iron legs. The INSU004B version measures 140 cm in length. Its rectangular surface sits above an open metal base, leaving the wood arrangement clearly visible.
Check the height as well as the footprint
The table is 103 cm high and 60 cm wide. This places the top at bar height rather than the height of a conventional dining table. If you intend to sit at it, compare the seat height of your chosen bar stools with the tabletop; ordinary dining chairs should not be selected on appearance alone.
The manufacturer also suggests using it as a tall console in a hallway or behind a sofa. Allow for its 140 cm length and 60 cm depth when measuring the intended position, then check the remaining passage and space needed to use it. Behind a sofa, compare the tabletop height with the backrest before deciding where to place the furniture.
A patterned top and an industrial base
The individual teak sections remain visible beneath the black finish. Four slender legs and metal connecting pieces give the base an industrial character without enclosing the space below the top. The herringbone layout is the distinguishing surface detail, rather than a completely smooth, uniform black panel.
Indoor placement and care
Current manufacturer instructions specify indoor use only. Outdoor photographs are styling images, not evidence of weather resistance; covered outdoor spaces are also excluded. Choose a level surface and avoid moisture, direct heat and prolonged sunlight. Dust with a soft, dry cloth. For more thorough cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then dry the surface thoroughly.
