Elstead Ying DL-YING-TL blue and white table lamp, E27

Elstead Ying table lamp

The Ying DL-YING-TL by Elstead Lighting is a decorative table lamp for interior use. Its blue-and-white porcelain body is paired with a dark wood base, while a white polycotton shade and satin-nickel finial complete the design. At 650 mm high with a 380 mm diameter, it makes a substantial accent on a larger side table, console or chest of drawers.

The fitting takes one E27 lamp, which is not supplied. Maximum wattage is 60 W. Elstead specifies 220–240 V operation, Class I construction and an in-line switch. When paired with a suitable lamp, the fitting is compatible with dimmable smart bulbs. The product weight is 2.9 kg and the box weight is 5 kg.

Decorative interior lighting

The white shade softens the output of the chosen E27 bulb, making Ying useful as supplementary lighting in a living room, bedroom or home office. Patterned porcelain and dark wood give it a traditional, eclectic character rather than a minimal appearance. Check the available surface and clearance before ordering: the 380 mm diameter and 650 mm overall height matter when the lamp will stand beneath shelving or alongside taller decorative objects. Choose the bulb separately to suit the required brightness and colour temperature.
