Asker Pole Pro 1365GR is a complete pole light: a single-segment extruded aluminium profile, powder-coated in graphite (RAL 7016), ending at the top in a horizontal arm that holds the LED module. It stands 236 cm tall, the profile is 11 cm wide and the arm reaches out 39 cm. Norlys intends it for lighting private grounds and parks — avenues, driveways and paths.
Installation and wiring
The pole stands on a 24 cm square base plate fixed with four bolts through ø12 mm holes on a 200 × 200 mm pattern. No anchor is included: the maker sells ground anchor 117 and concrete-in anchor 116 separately, so the foundation has to be chosen when ordering. The light weighs 11 kg.
The terminals take conductors up to 5 × 4 mm² and allow the supply to be looped on to the next light (up to 5 × 2.5 mm²), and the gland takes round cable from 4 to 13.6 mm across. A row of these along a path can therefore run on one cable passing from pole to pole. The light is protection class I, so it needs a protective earth connection and is installed by an electrician.
What light it gives
The light draws 8.5 W and delivers 1085 lm at 3000 K, a warm white. The Ledil VSM lens spreads the light to IESNA type V — a round, even pool around the pole rather than a narrow strip along one axis. According to the maker about 1% of the flux goes upward (ULOR), and the BUG rating B1-U1-G1 means little light is sent into the sky or towards neighbouring windows.
Control
The driver supports DALI2 and is factory-set to maximum current, so without any controller the light runs at full output. Dimming from the installation needs a DALI controller, and other settings — such as lowering the brightness in the middle of the night (NightDim) — are programmed by Norlys by arrangement with its sales department.
The housing is rated IP65, dust-tight and protected against water jets, with an impact rating of IK06.
