Luces Exclusivas MAZATLAN LE71512 is an anthracite solar wall light with a motion sensor. A rectangular panel occupies the upper face of its angular housing; the underside photograph shows the pale light-emitting surface and projecting sensor element. The manufacturer specifies aluminium and glass.
Allow for the projection from the wall
The fitting measures 18 cm in width and 17.8 cm in depth, with a manufacturer-stated height of 3.5 cm. Compare its projection with the space available beside a doorway, passage or fence before choosing a position. Its width alone does not tell you how much room the housing will occupy in front of the wall.
Access to sunlight matters when positioning a solar fitting. On a facade, terrace wall, balcony or gazebo wall, check whether an overhang or surrounding structure would cover the panel. The IP65 rating supports outdoor use but does not mean the light can be submerged. Assess the actual wall and its surroundings rather than selecting a position solely because the housing looks suitable there.
Warm light from an included LED
The light source is integrated and included, so there is no separate screw-base bulb to choose. Its specified output is 197 lm at 2 W, with a colour temperature of 3000 K. This is warm-white light for a local lighting role; the stated output does not justify planning it as a broad floodlight for an entire outdoor area.
A restrained alternative to a lantern
The flat, geometric housing has no ornamental arms and suits modern or minimalist exterior detailing. Anthracite can be coordinated with dark elements on a wall or fence. The underside view complements the panel photograph and is useful when assessing how the fitting will look above an entrance.
