Lucide ESTERAD: a black retro floor lamp

Lucide ESTERAD 10719/81/30 is a black floor lamp shaped around a spherical glass base and a fabric shade. The combination gives the lamp its distinctive, 1960s-inspired character while keeping the form suitable for everyday ambient lighting. It can add a focused pool of light beside a sofa, armchair or bed without replacing the room’s main lighting.

The E27 holder accepts a replaceable LED light source, so the selected bulb can determine the desired light colour and output. The fitting is not dimmable. An on/off switch is placed on the cable, making daily operation straightforward when the lamp is positioned alongside furniture.

Placement and visual character

At 100 cm high and 34 cm across, ESTERAD has proportions suited to a living room, bedroom, study or reading corner. The fabric shade softens the appearance of the light around the fitting, while the black colour and glass sphere provide a decorative presence even when it is switched off. It works particularly naturally with retro-inspired interiors, but can also introduce a deliberate accent to eclectic or contemporary rooms.

Materials and intended use

Lucide identifies glass as the fitting material, and the visible shade is made of fabric. IP20 protection and mains operation identify this model for indoor use. Plan a position within reach of a power socket and choose an E27 bulb separately before installation. ESTERAD is supplied as one floor lamp; a bulb is not included with the fitting.
